My favorite sale of the year is happening now through July 29th – here’s what I bought, and what I recommend if you’re new to the brand.
I’ve been a loyal Lake customer for the last few years. It truly was love at first try, as I haven’t bought or worn another pair of pajamas since! Their luxurious pima cottons keep you cool in the summer and cozy in the winter and come in a variety of elegant prints and patterns. Also included in the sale is my favorite white day dress, now marked down to $99! I’m wearing an XS and cannot recommend it enough! The brand doesn’t skimp on quality, so if you’re new to Lake now is the time to give them a try, while they’re on sale!
I always ask for these pajamas on holidays (literally every single holiday where I can get a gift) so for this sale I replenished my little one’s dwindling pajama stock. As far as kids PJs go, I’ve tried a few other brands: Petit Plume, Hannah Anderson, GAP, and none have held up as well as the PJs from Lake! At regular price, they’re the same as the other brands if not less, but on sale they’re a total steal. I picked up a shorts set in Liberty floral and a long set in my favorite Lake colorway, hydrangea. Kids PJ sizes go up to size 12 and run true to size (I always order a size up for Lilly) and women’s sizes also run true with a slightly relaxed cut (not fitted or tight), and I am an XS in everything.
I have and love a few pairs in different styles, as well as one of their amazing day dresses, a house dress, and a pima robe. My first ever purchase was the pima short set in hydrangea and I’ve since added the Parisian green colorway in this style. I rotate these with my short weekend set from the limited JBxLake collection, and if you happen to find one of these gorgeous prints in stock, grab it!! This is a great place to start, or with one of their long weekend sets; I have the pink weekend set which is my favorite on the coldest winter days for it’s full-length sleeves and crew neck. I also have the starry print in the pima long-long set and the photos don’t do justice to the beautiful calming color palette and perfect star print!
