Meet the Regina. She comes in two swoon-worthy colors; cream and Venetian red, and is available in regular and petite sizing. She runs a little large and after ordering both colors in a few sizes, I went with the Venetian red in 0 petite.
The fully-lined city crepe material gives this dress a substantial weight and appearance far above the reasonable price. Julia has a penchant for making full skirts perfect for twirling, and this one just might be the best one yet!
